General Policy
Every purchase is final sale! Please take the time to look at all the descriptive details, measurements and pictures. Weight and width are crucial elements, and these details are included in my product descriptions. Insurance is not included in the standard shipping, so if you require insurance it is an extra charge. Even though I have a no return policy, there are a few exceptions on a case by case basis. (ie. if an item is damaged) I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Shipping
I have added a number of shipping options for you to choose from! Standard shipping is always priority, trackable shipping from Australia. I am offering discounted standard shipping for my OG American customers. Insurance has always been extra, and will continue to be an extra fee. Please look through the shipping options, as I am not responsible for any issues that occur in transit. One an item has given to the post office it is in the hands of the postal service. To note, I have had minimal shipping issues, but I urge everyone outside of Australia to take into consideration distance, customs and other issues that are completely out of my control. Layaway Policy
Layaway options are available on items at checkout through shop pay or PayPal! All items are posted on my IGS first (excluding my site fee) and then they are added to my website if they have not sold yet. All new arrivals will then include my Shopify site fee. Layaway is usually only available on my website, but there are a few exceptions to this depending on the item and client. If you are unable to make your layaway payments on time outside of shop pay, there will be a small re-stocking fee. Please reach out for any further questions!
Quality Control
Every item listed has been thoughtfully and mindfully resourced through qualified jewelers and estate sales. I personally resource every piece, and my jewelers test all the gold and quality of the items. I am not an expert in diamonds or gemstones, so if you have specific questions please reach out to clarify before purchasing! All important information is provided in my posts and gold quality is guaranteed. Please feel free to reach out to me for any specific questions.
