All Sales Final

All purchases are final sale. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. All items are most likely vintage with normal wear. Some items are over 100 years old, so please expect wear. While returns aren’t offered, I do make rare case-by-case exceptions. If an item is damaged beyond your control within 3 days, you can return it.

Shipping

I ship worldwide! There are several shipping options available at checkout. All shipments come with tracking, which is provided to you via email once you have made your order. If you purchased an item through Instagram, Melissa will DM you your tracking. 

Insurance is optional and comes with an added fee.
Please select the option that suits you best, as I’m not responsible for issues that may occur in transit. Once your package has been handed to the postal service, it is out of my control—but I will always help where I can.

International buyers (outside of Australia): please keep in mind that distance, customs, and local processing times may affect delivery. Fortunately, shipping issues have been extremely rare. For reference, most USA buyers choose the express w/ signature option.

USA Tariffs

Standard or Express Shipping:
No tariffs will be charged and the value of the package will always be $100 aud.

Insured Shipping:
Insuring your piece requires declaring the full value, which result in tariffs.

  • Under $800 USD / $1250 AUD
    Tariffs must be paid upfront. You can choose this option on my website.

  • Over $800 USD / $1250 AUD
    Tariffs are charged directly to you upon delivery.

Melissa cannot advise the exact tariff amount. Tariff regulations do change, but she will always keep you informed.

Layaway Policy

Layaway is available at checkout through Shop Pay or PayPal on my website. Most new pieces are posted on Instagram Stories first (excluding site fees). Items that don’t sell on stories/grid are then listed on the website, where Shopify’s site fee is included.

Layaway is typically offered only through the website, with some exceptions depending on the piece and the client.
If privately arranged layaway payments are late, there is a small restocking fee of 10% for each week. Private layaways are arranged through Melissa on instagram directly. Items over $1K are available for layaway for 6-8 weeks. Anything over $1k can have a layaway of 10 weeks. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is always required.

Quality Control

Every piece is personally sourced through trusted jewelers and estate channels. All gold and materials are tested by qualified jewelers before being listed.

While I’m not a certified gemologist, I provide all essential details in each listing—and I’m always happy to clarify anything specific about stones or diamonds before purchase.
Gold quality is fully guaranteed.
