I found the most special champlevé enamel floral pendants ✨Each one uniquely made using a very old technique. Champlevé is an enameling technique where the design is carved into troughs or cells in a metal plate, then filled with powdered colored enamel, polished flush so the raised metal lines form the outline of the design.

Each one carries a chrysanthemum, a flower that in Chinese culture symbolizes longevity and quiet resilience... it blooms brightest in autumn, after everything else has faded. The pendants themselves are gilt copper plated in 24k gold, but I’ve added a solid 14k yellow gold bails. 

Measurements: roughly 1.25” wide x 1.5” with bail, 8 g

Minor wear on the top but no other major wear to report.
