What is the return policy?
All sales are final! Please read my Policy & Info page for my shop policies and feel free to reach out to Melissa directly for any questions.
What about the USA Tariffs?
Standard or Express Shipping (w/out insurance):
No tariffs will be charged and the value of the package will always be $100 aud.
Insured Shipping:
Insuring your piece requires declaring the full value, which result in tariffs.

Tariffs must be paid upfront. Please message Melissa on Instagram to arrange this. - Over $800 USD
Tariffs are charged upon delivery.
For Insured packages over $800 USD, Melissa cannot advise the exact tariff amount. That will be determined by customs. Tariff regulations do change, but she will always keep you all informed.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to ship to me?
There are several shipping options available on my website - I ship worldwide! You can expect your order to be fulfilled within 3-5 business days, and shipping time will depend on what shipping option you choose.
USA Clients: Standard shipping to the USA is $10. Standard can take up to three weeks, so I aways recommend Express w/ Signature which takes about a week and is very reliable.
